He took the difficult and tough decision of commencing the business in Ghaziabad 33 years back, the area which was very sweptback that time but today the same city has been awarded as the 6th most dynamic city of the world.
Mr. Nikhil Hawelia, Managing Director
He is the second generation in the family, handling the real estate business. He has fourteen years of experience in the field of real estate development and construction. He is managing the overall operations of the organization more particularly accenting on projects execution, cash flow management, finance, designing, quality control, cost-audit, marketing, safety of workforce along with playing crucial role in consumer satisfaction and customer relations.
He has joined CREDAI Youth Wing as North India Representative for Skilling Committee in November 2019 and Labour Welfare Committee in April 2020. He has played key role in initiating the related activities in North India. He has established the first labour Skilling center ‘Daksh’ in association with CREDAI National at Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar region in September 2020 during the challenging time of Covid-19 pandemic. At the center, about 250-300 workers could be skilled every month along with running various awareness programs for the welfare of the construction workers.
He has been recently appointed as the National Head, CREDAI CYW for Labour Welfare Committee and has also played a crucial role during the pandemic in oxygen arrangements for the people of Gautam Budh Nagar by supporting Local administration for the cause.
